Prerequisites: Students placed in ENGL 1004 must pass the course before electing ENGL 1007 or 1010 or 1011. Not open to students who have passed ENGL 1010 or 1011.

Grading Basis: Graded

Development of the reading and writing skills essential to university work. Students placed in ENGL 1004 must pass the course before electing ENGL 1007 or 1010 or 1011.
