5554. Data Analytics: Skills for Accountants
3.00 credits | May be repeated for a total of 3 credits.
Prerequisites: Open only to Accounting M.S. and Advanced Business Certificate in Accounting Analytics students or by special permission from the department or unit.
Grading Basis: Graded
Introduction to the skills and technologies used to analyze data with an emphasis on preparing accountants to interact with data scientists and others. The role of data analysis in the accounting profession will be explored.
