5250. Advanced Theory and Practice in Nursing Education I: Curriculum Design and Program Evaluation

Prerequisites: Corequisite: NURS 5259.
Grading Basis: Graded
Introduction to important principles of curriculum design and program evaluation within the context of the nurse educator role. Curriculum models and best-practices will be addressed, with an emphasis on the impact of the evolving educational and healthcare landscapes on curriculum development. Program evaluation will be introduced as a method to guide data-driven curriculum revision.
